Example Basement Project 3
This house is located in Evanston IL. It has 1100 square feet of partially finished basement. The project was started on August 10th 2008; Finished September 6th 2008. The project involved completely remodeling the basement, a downstairs bathroom, first floor powder room, and the master bathroom lighting. |
The owner wanted to completely remodel the basement, remove a wall to create one large room, and add a bedroom with a large closet. |

| Then the frame is removed. The HVAC ducts will need to be re-arranged. The original wall was removed. |

Walls are painted, trim is installed. The water main is in-closed, a removeable wooden lid is created for easy service access. |
